PURPOSE : An eco-friendly non-calcined color block of natural soil is provided to obtain proper bending strength, sufficient water permeability and fair color in the block economically by using natural soil that has innate own color as a raw material.
CONSTITUTION : An eco-friendly non-calcined color block of natural soil consists of dual layers. The upper layer comprises soil having innate own color taken from natural soil which is at least one selected from black earth, white earth, red earth, brown earth, ocher, yellow earth, pink earth and scarlet earth. For water-permeable block, the lower layer comprises 5-30%% by weight of soil from natural earth, 60-80%% by weight of silica or dolomite, 5-20%% by weight of cement, 0.03-0.12%% by weight of admixture, 0.02-5%% by weight of illite powder and 0.02-5%% by weight of genesis rock or phyllite powder. For water-impermeable block, the lower layer comprises 60-80%% by weight of soil from natural earth, 5-30%% by weight of silica or dolomite, 5-20%% by weight of cement, 0.025-0.1%% by weight of admixture, 0.02-5%% by weight of illite powder and 0.02-5%% by weight of genesis rock or phyllite powder. For the lower layer, the soil from natural earth passes 5mm mesh, the particle size of silica or dolomite is 4-5mm, the size of illite powder is 200-500mesh(about 0.028mm to about 0.074mm), and the size of genesis rock or phyllite powder is 200-500mesh(about 0.028mm to about0.074mm). The upper layer comprises 5-30%% by weight of soil having innate own color, 60-80%% by weight of silica or dolomite, 5-20%% by weight of cement, 0.025-0.1%% by weight of admixture, 0.02-5%% by weight of illite powder and 0.02-5%% by weight of genesis rock or phyllite powder. For the upper layer, the soil having innate own color has particle size of 200-500mesh(about 0.028mm to about 0.074mm), the particle size of silica or dolomite is 1-2.5mm, the size of illite powder is 200-500mesh(about 0.028mm to about 0.074mm), and the size of genesis rock or phyllite powder is 200-500mesh(about 0.028mm to about0.074mm). A thickness ratio of the upper layer and the lower layer is 1 : 5 to 1 : 9.
