PURPOSE : A method of thermally treating an aluminum-tin alloy layer coated through a cold spray is provided to improve characteristics of aluminum-tin alloy bearing by re-crystallizing tin, which is conglomerated on the aluminum-tin alloy layer, into particulate matters.CONSTITUTION : A method of thermally treating an aluminum-tin alloy layer coated through a cold spray comprises the step of loading a back-steel, on which the aluminum-tin alloy layer is coated, into a heat-treatment furnace at a temperature of 250 to 300 degrees. The heating temperature is maintained for a predetermined time. The back steel is cooled in the heat treatment furnace. A tin content in the aluminum-tin alloy layer takes about 10 to 30%%. The time during which the temperature is maintained takes about 30 to 60mins.? KIPO 2008 |
