PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a flat plate type fuel cell cell stack and a flat plate type fuel cell which do not have cracks and peeling-off at surfaces of a fuel side electrode and a solid electrolyte, and which are highly reliable. SOLUTION : The flat-plate type fuel cell cell 33, which is made by forming a fuel side electrode 33b, a solid electrolyte 33c, and an oxygen side electrode 33d in order on a plate-shape support body 33a having as a principal component an iron group metal and/or oxide of iron group metal, and a rare earth element oxide, and a separator 33 made of a conductive material are alternately laminated.
