PURPOSE : A method and an apparatus for producing cellulose-based resin films are provided to suppress the quality deterioration caused by heat generated when cellulose-based resin is molten and kneaded, and the formation of lines on a cellulose-based resin film after the film is formed.
CONSTITUTION : A method for producing cellulose-based resin films includes the steps of : melting cellulose-based resins by an extruder(22) which has a compressive part(B) for kneading and compressing the cellulose-based resins in the middle of a single screw(38); discharging the molten resin from the extruder and supplying the molten resin to a die; and extruding the molten resin from the die in a sheet form, and cooling the sheet to prepare a film. A mixing section(44) having a mixing element satisfying the following conditions (A) and (B) is formed at the apex of the single screw, and the molten resin kneaded and compressed in the compressive part is re-kneaded in the mixing section, wherein (A) the gap(dc) between the apex of the mixing element and the inside wall of a cylinder(32) of the extruder is 2 mm or less, and (B) an extrusion-directional length(Lm) of the mixing section is 1-3 D, wherein D is an inner diameter of the cylinder.
