PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ceramic structure with a built-in electrode excellent in durability against thermal shock and with peeling or cracks generated between an insulating base body and a metallized electrode restrained.SOLUTION : A metallized electrode containing 30 to 70 volume% of either tungsten or molybdenum and 70 to 30 volume% of disilicate expressed in RE2Si2O7 (where, RE is a rare-earth element) is formed inside an insulating body with cordierite as a main crystal phase, and a difference of a linear expansion coefficient from 30°C to 800°C between the insulating body and the metallized electrode is to be 3.5×10-6/°C or less.COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT |
