PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing a fiber and a method for manufacturing a master batch for the fiber are provided to improve the efficiency in filtration, deodorization, anion generation, cation neutralization, and far-infrared radiation, by manufacturing the fiber to contain ion ore powder.
CONSTITUTION : A fiber is manufactured by mixing 80-95 wt%% of synthetic resin source and 5-20 wt%% of functional particles and spinning the mixed matter. The synthetic resin source is one selected from polyamide, polyester, acryl, nylon, polyethylene, polyurethane, polypropylene, polyvinylchloride, and polytetrafluoroethylene. The functional particles are composed of one or more of monazite, radon ore, hot spring ore, natural ore, elvan, feldspar, rare earth ore, lava ore, olivine, pozzolana, black ore, tourmaline, silver, holrait stone, siliceous stone, inorganic antimicrobial agent, zeolite, charcoal, loess, and seaweeds.
