PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To both reduce loss of a molded body having a fluorine compound formed on a surface of Fe-based magnetic powder or eddy current loss due to high resistance, and to reduce loss due to magnetic rotation.
SOLUTION : The high-resistance magnet is structured as a magnet having particles constituted of a ferromagnetic material mainly containing iron and a fluorine compound layer formed of one or more fluorine compound particles among an alkaline element, an alkaline earth element, and a rare earth element. The fluorine compound layer is formed like a layer on the surface of the particles constituted of the ferromagnetic material, and the fluorine compound particle contains iron of a concentration of atomic percent at 1 or higher and at 50 atom% or lower.
