Modifying agent comprises the following components, wt.-% : silicon, 10-20; calcium, 3-5; barium, 0.3-0.8; copper, 5-7; nickel, 12-18; zirconium, 2-4; rare-earth metals, 4-5; magnesium, 0.5-1; titanium, 10-20, and iron, the balance.
