PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing a high-productivity high-reliability plasma display panel.
SOLUTION : A plasma display panel manufacturing method comprises steps of applying a bonding agent to the vicinity of outer edges of one surface of a first substrate, attaching a second substrate to the first substrate with the adhesive layer between them, and thus forming cells filled with rare gas. The bonding agent contains a photo-polymer composition. The bonding step is carried out at least after the steps of applying light to the adhesive layer formed on the vicinity of outer edges of one surface of the first substrate, starting to cure the bonding agent, reducing the pressure in the vacuum apparatus for a preset time, and substituting the gas in the vacuum apparatus with rare gas.
