AxLy MzOu (In the formula, A represents an alkali metal selected from Li, Na, K, Cs and Rb, or silver; L represents a trivalent rare earth element selected from Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu; M represents W, Mo, Cr, Mn, Ru, Os, Ir or Re; x represents a number between 0 and 2; y represents a number between 0.5 and 2; z represents a number between 0.5 and 4; and u represents a number between 5 and 10.)
