PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an incline greening structure and a construction method of incline greening which can efficiently retain rainwater and which can perform water sprinkling to an incline. SOLUTION : The incline greening structure is constituted by providing a unit earth-retaining means 13 to the incline 11 at intervals in all directions and by spraying and executing a base member 14 on top of the unit earth-retaining means 13. The unit earth-retaining means 13 is constituted by fixing a pair of earth-retaining members 10 to the incline 11 in an inversion V shape by an anchor member 12. As an earth-retaining member 10, a member is used which has a bottom and which is constituted by a hollow member, and a small hole for water sprinkling connected to the internal space is formed on the outer periphery of the earth-retaining member 10. An opening is provided on the mountain side, and the small hole for water sprinkling is provided on the incline 11 side.
