简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain an amorphous alloy in which the temp. interval in a supercooled liq. region is controlled to the value above the specified one and having hard magnetism at a room temp. by forming an alloy compsn. contg. rate earth elements and Co or Ni, and the balance Fe. SOLUTION : This alloy is an Fe base hard magnetic alloy composed of a compsn. expressed by the formula of Fe100-x-y-zRxTyBz, and in which the temp. interval ΔTx in a supercooled liq. region expressed by the formula of ΔTx=Tx-Tg is controlled to >=20K. Relating to this metallic glass alloy, ΔTx is preferably controlled to >=30K, and heat treatment at 500 to 900 deg.C is suitable. In the formula, R denotes rate earth elements, T denotes Co and Ni, as to (x), (y) and (z), by atom, 1<=x<=10%, 3<=y<=20% and 16<=z<=35% are satisfied, Tx denotes the crystallization starting temp., and Tg denotes the glass transition temp. Since it has the temp. interval ΔTx in a wide supercooled liq. region, amorphous single phases can easily be obtd., and, after the heat treatment, a fine and uniform crystal structure can be obtd.
