简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a compact light-weight power generation device by using a viscoelastic body in which ferromagnetic particles are dispersed in a viscoelastic material. SOLUTION : A power generation device includes : a magnetic viscoelastic body 1 having magnetic coercive force which is obtained by forming a magnetic hard viscoelastic material in which ferromagnetic particles in a magnetization state are dispersed in a viscoelastic material; magnetic viscoelastic body deformation means 2 for deforming the magnetic viscoelastic body 1 under external force; and induction current generation means 3 for generating an induction current in the interior by a magnetic flux whose space distribution changes due to deformation of the magnetic viscoelastic body 1. The power generation device also includes output means 4 for outputting an induction current generated in the induction current generation means 3.
