PURPOSE : A device is provided to discharge sewage or earth and sand deposited on a bottom face of the sewage pipe by applying an impact of air pressure to water that flows through the sewage pipe in an inner space of a sewage pipe, thereby enabling the sewage or earth and sand to flow along with water.CONSTITUTION : In a pipe(30) having sewage flowing through an inner space thereof, a cleaning device for a sewage or wastewater pipe comprises : supply tubes(36, 36a) which are penetrated into an inner side of the pipe from both edges of an outer side of the pipe and bent in a semicircular shape to be closely adhered onto one side of an inner peripheral surface of the pipe; a supply tube(36b) in which a plurality of ejection holes(33) are perforated in a predetermined distance, and which is connected to ends of the supply tubes; discharge tubes(46, 46a) which are penetrated into the inner side of the pipe from both edges of the outer side of the pipe and bent in a semicircular shape to be closely adhered onto the other side of the inner peripheral surface of the pipe such that the discharge tubes face the supply tubes; a discharge tube(46b) in which a plurality of suction holes(43) are perforated in a predetermined distance, and which is connected to ends of the discharge tubes.?
