PURPOSE : A method for performing patient customer relationship management and business management for an oriental medical hospital and a system thereof are provided to prevent wrong diagnosis or prescription caused by an unexperienced doctor, and to perform a clinical study on rare diseases through exchange of various views among the herb doctors.
CONSTITUTION : A system for performing patient customer relationship management and business management for an oriental medical hospital comprises a shared information manager(290), a business information manager(280), a customer manager(270), an acceptance and receipt processor(210), an examination record processor(220), a medical treatment record processor(230) and an insurance request data processor(240). The shared information manager(290) receives symptoms and examination content of a patient and corresponding prescription information from the first user terminal. The business information manager(280) analyzes a revenue and a cost regarding each patient, analyzes cost efficiency, outputs the analysis result to a user, calculates a net present value of a future profit and a lifetime value regarding each patient, and outputs the calculated result to the user. The customer manager(270) displays a list of patient customers satisfying preset conditions on a user terminal, and transmits a short message or an e-mail to the patient customers matched with a condition selected by the user or directly selected by the user. The acceptance and receipt processor(210) receives personal information and insurance information and registers the received personal information and insurance information at a database. The examination record processor(220) registers the examination specification of the patient at the database. The medical treatment record processor(230) displays the personal information and the examination specification of the patient, enables the user to input a treatment record and a prescription slip, and registers the treatment record and the prescription slip. The insurance request data processor(240) processes the insurance request data according to a treatment specification for the patient.
