简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing a rare earth 123-type superconducting film having a desired orientation on an yttrium aluminate single crystal suitable for mass production. SOLUTION : The method of manufacturing a rare earth 123-type superconducting film having c-axis orientation comprises coating a solution obtained by dissolving an organic compound of cerium in an organic solvent or water on an yttrium aluminate single crystal, heat-treating the coating to prepare an oriented cerium oxide (ceria) film, coating a solution obtained by dissolving an organometallic compound containing a rare earth element, barium, and copper in an organic solvent thereon, and heat treating the coating.
