SOLUTION : In the iron-based rare-earth alloy magnet, a composition formula is expressed by (Fe1-mTm)100-x-y-z-n-w(B1-pCp)xRyTizZrnMw. T is one or more kinds of elements selected from Co and Ni, R is one or more kinds of elements selected from yttria and rare earth metal elements, and M is one or more kinds of elements selected from a group consisting of Al, Si, V, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ga, Cr, Nb, Mo, Ag, Hf, Ta, W, Pt, Au, Pb, Bi and Sn.
