简介 A high temperature resistant inorganic composite adhesive and a method for preparing the same are disclosed, and the adhesive comprises aluminum hydroxide 5-12%, phosphoric acid 15-35%, rare earth oxide 0.1-1%, silica sol 5-20%, aluminum polyphosphate 1-15%, borax 1-5% and balance of water. The adhesive is used as a high temperature painting for temporarily protecting surfaces of metal components from oxidation under heat treatment at a temperature of 400 to 1000 ºC, and it maintains good adhesive property in the high temperature environment of heating furnaces, thereby decreasing oxidation loss of metal components during the heat treatment and improving the quality of material surfaces; and it can be used for high temperature furnace mending materials and refractory to enhance their strength and prolong their lifetime.
