A method and system for classifying brain signals in a BCI system. The method for classifying brain signals in a BCI system comprises the steps of : extracting CSP features for N1 training trials; calculating classifiers based on the extracted CSP features; classifying N2 test trials; and iteratively; re-extracting CSP features for all N1+N2 trials; re-calculating classifiers based on the re-extracted CSP features; re-classifying the N2 test trials; and determining whether a variation in the re-classification of the N2 test trials compared to a previous iteration is equal to or lower than a threshold. |
