PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a hydraulic servo cylinder system which can be used under a high-temperature environment.
SOLUTION : A pneumatic motor (5) is used as a power source. A bidirectional hydraulic pump (4) is turned by the power of the pneumatic motor (5), and the hydraulic pressure is applied to a hydraulic cylinder (1) so as to move a hydraulic piston rod (2), and a valve 44 is opened and closed. This system does not use an electric motor including magnets etc. containing rare earth elements, which magnets are degraded at a high temperature. Therefore, this system can be suitably used under a high-temperature environment, and can be used in iron works and glass works to be continuously operated under the high-temperature environment.
