PURPOSE : A vacuum filtering dehydration apparatus is provided to reduce substantially the total time for performing the coagulating or settling process, remarkably lower costs for installing and maintaining a settling tank or a reaction tank required in the settling process, and separate dusts and earth from the rainwater by dehydrating rainwater containing dusts and earth.
CONSTITUTION : A vacuum filtering dehydrator apparatus comprises : a dehydrator(100) including a supporting member(110), a vacuum fixing part having a first fixed roller and a second fixed roller, a pressing part, a driving part, a guide part, a dust collecting part, and a removing part having a removing element and a removing pipe; a filter(200) which is clamped along the vacuum fixing part, the pressing part, the driving part, and the guide part of the dehydrator in the form of a band, and which has holes formed in both side faces thereof correspondingly to fixing pins(10) formed on the first fixed roller and the second fixed roller of the vacuum fixing part of the dehydrator; a vacuum hopper(300) installed such that water of wastewater is vacuum adsorbed between the first fixed roller and the second fixed roller; and a vacuum unit(400) installed on a side face of the dehydrator to suck and discharge water. The vacuum unit includes a vacuum motor(410), a water collecting tank(420), a suction pipe, and a discharge pipe.
