PURPOSE : A treatment agent for simultaneous removal of nitrogen, phosphorous and microalgae is provided to form nutrients into a form which makes it impossible for organisms to use the nutrients, remove the nutrients from a production layer or suppress the circulation of potentially usable nutrients, and prevent elution of nutrients from a deposition layer, and a method for preparing the treatment agent is provided.
CONSTITUTION : A treatment agent(1) for simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorous to prevent the eutrophication of a water body is prepared by mixing 93.00 to 99.98 wt.%% of zeolite(10), 0.01 to 2.00 wt.%% of a rare earth metal, and 0.01 to 5.00 wt.%% of an additive or a flocculant(20), wherein the rare earth metal is La(Lanthanum), Ce(Cerium), Zr(Zirconium), Pr(Praseodymium), Nd(Neodymium), Pr(Promethium), Sm(Samarium), Eu(Europium), Gd(Gadolinium), Tb(Terbium), Dy(Dysprosium), Ho(Holmium), Er(Erbium), Tm(thulium), Yb(Ytterbium), Lu(Lutetium), Y(Yttrium), Sc(Scandium), or mixtures thereof, the additive is a surfactant or isopropanol, and the flocculant is aluminum chloride, iron(III) sulfate, iron(II) sulfate, starches, polyacrylamide, derivatives thereof, or mixtures thereof.
