PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve a problem wherein a driver of a flash memory used in a built-in system requires a high electric power source fault tolerance as a commercial power source is used in a rare case and as a battery is used in many cases, a problem wherein contents of not only a page under writing but also other page existing in the same cell have possibilities to be spoiled when an electric power source is disconnected during the writing, in the driver of a multi-value flash memory, and a problem wherein restoration therefor is impossible.
SOLUTION : Data are written in without perishing the data even when power source trouble such as the electric power source disconnection occurs, by providing a step for writing alternately the same data on corresponding pages of respective blocks, while preparing another block, when writing the data in the certain block.
