A production process for white cast iron. The white cast iron can be used for manufacturing mixing blades of a concrete mixer. The white cast iron is prepared from metal elements Cr, Mo, Cu, and Mn. The mass fractions of Cr, Mo, Cu, and Mn are : Cr : 15-56; Mo : 0.8-1.4; Cu : 0.4-0.8; and Mn : 0.2-0.5. In the casting process, a rare earth silicon alloy is used for modification treatment, and a heat treatment process of castings adopts an isothermal quenching process and the like. The high-chromium white cast iron can be used for manufacturing mixing blades of a concrete mixer and has the advantages of improving the strength of the mixing blades and prolonging the service life of the mixing blades. |
