Proposed useful model relates to the field of chemical technology and perchloric metallurgy of non-ferrous and rare metals and can be used at enterprises, on which in the process of cleaning waste gases from chlorine with lime milk are formed extremely toxic secondary production wastes- gipokhloritnye of pulp, containing up to 100 g/dm 3 active chlorine and to be obligatory processing of, decomposition of-destruction of calcium hypochlorite and disposal of. -The proposed utility model is to diffusion lu operation efficiency of technological of separating. Technical result, which can be obtained at implementation of the proposed utility model, consists in increasing the efficiency of technological of separating due to reduction of time, required for decomposition of 90-98% calcium hypochlorite. Or problem is solved with achievement of higher than the said technical result of the proposed utility model- "process compartment for decomposition and neutralization of hypochlorite of pulp", including heated reactor, equipped with stirrer, loading hatch and basket with catalytically active materials; decomposition reactor is connected with dosing device (4) and tank for preparation of solution of reagents-reductants. New in the utility model is, that basket are on blades and anchor stirrer are made in the form of cylindrical lathing, in which is placed made of filtering cloth bag, filled with sediment of sum of oxyhydrates of nickel (cobalt), copper and iron. |
