PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnetization coil performing multipolar magnetization of a magnet requiring a large magnetization field, e.g., a rare earth magnet, such that different magnetic poles are arranged alternately in the axial direction or in the axial and circumferential directions with sufficient strength, and to provide its manufacturing process.SOLUTION : The magnetization coil comprises an inner yoke 1 of soft magnetic material having a hole 9 for inserting a permanent magnet becoming a magnetization object in the center and a wiring groove 4 formed in the outer circumference in correspondence with a magnetization pattern, a wire 5 laid in the wiring groove 4 along the wiring groove 4, and an outer yoke 7 of soft magnetic material covering the outside of the inner yoke 1. This process for manufacturing the magnetization coil comprises a step for forming the wiring groove 4 in the outer circumferential surface of the inner yoke 1, a step for laying the wire 5 in the wiring groove 4, a step for covering he outer circumference of the inner yoke 1 with the outer yoke 7, and a step for forming the magnet insertion hole 9 in the inner yoke 1.COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT |
