PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a high dielectric elastomer composition having superior dielectric characteristics, which is a mixture of high dielectric ceramic which can be obtained by combustion composing at low cost and can make wide a particle diameter distribution and in which a high-density filling can be possible, and to provide a manufacturing method for the composition and a high-frequency electronic component using the material.
SOLUTION : The high dielectric elastomer composition is a mixture of elastomer with high dielectric ceramic, containing as composing elements at least Sr, Li, Ti, O and Nd, and these high dielectric ceramic having, at a molar composition ratio, SrO : 16, Li2O : x, Nd2O3 : y, Re2O3 : (12-y), TiO2 : 63 (wherein Re is for a rare earth element, other than Nd, and 8≤x≤14 and 10≤y≤12) can be obtained, by using a reaction material containing at least Ti powder with a specific surface area of 0.01 to 2 m2/g, an ion-binding substance, SrCO3, Li2CO3, Nd2O3 in a combustion synthesis method at 1, 500°C or higher of an adiathermant flame temperature.
