An equipment for dewatering dredged earth and sand is provided to perform an economical dewatering function of a level suitable for general recycling, control a water content of the dredged earth and sand to a desired level, simultaneously separate foreign materials mixed with the dredged earth and sand and automatically sort the dredged earth and sand according to required grain sizes when dewatering the dredged earth and sand, and purify contaminated water discharged from the dredged earth and sand. An equipment for dewatering dredged earth and sand comprises : a body(100) having an injection port(101) for dredged earth and sand formed on a top part thereof, a foreign material discharge port(102) and a discharge port(103) for dredged earth and sand respectively formed on side faces thereof, and a drain(104) formed on a lower part thereof; a first screen layer(110) which is installed within the body, and which filters foreign materials contained in the injected dredged earth and sand to discharge the filtered foreign materials to the foreign material discharge port and pass the foreign material-removed dredged earth and sand to the second screen layer; a second screen layer(120) which is installed under a first screen(111), and which passes, to the filter layer, water contained in the dredged earth and sand passing through the first screen; and a filter layer(130) installed under a second screen(121) to filter water passing through the second screen, wherein the second screen layer includes a screw(122) for discharging the dredged earth and sand that has not passed through the second screen layer to the discharge port for dredged earth and sand. The equipment further comprises a flat plate(140) which is formed between the first screen layer and the second screen layer, and has an opening formed therein oppositely to the discharge port for dredged earth and sand. Further, the first screen layer, the second screen layer and the filter layer contain lower supporting members for supporting the screens and the filter. |
