PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a unit cell for a solid oxide fuel cell excellent in adhesion between a solid electrolyte and a fuel electrode and between the solid electrolyte and a fuel electrode layer, and also excellent in thermal cycle performance and redox performance.
SOLUTION : The unit cell for the solid oxide fuel cell has a solid electrolyte between the fuel electrode and an air electrode, the fuel electrode has nickel particles and/or nickel oxide particles, zirconia particles containing rare earth elements in the form of a solid solution, and particles containing Ti element, and particles containing the Ti element exist in the grain boundary of particles contained in at least the fuel electrode.
