PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a display device capable of achieving a low electric resistance wiring, excellent in microfabrication property, and provided with aluminum alloy wiring having heat resistance that is sufficiently resistant to a heat history added in a manufacturing step.
SOLUTION : There is provided the display device having an aluminum alloy wiring film for electrically connecting a transparent conductive film and a thin film transistor on a glass substrate, wherein the aluminum alloy wiring film has a lamination structure including a specific amount of a first layer (X) composed of one kinds or more elements selected from a particular element group Q such as Ni and Ag, and one or more kinds of elements selected from a particular element group R such as a rare earth element and Mg, and a second layer (Y) composed of aluminum alloy having a lower electric resistance than that of the first layer (X), and the first layer (X) is directly connected to a transparent electrode film.
