PURPOSE : A method for preparing a feed additive for a cultured fish is provided to improve flesh quality and a taste of a cultured fish and promote digestion and absorption of nutrient compositions.CONSTITUTION : A method for preparing a feed additive for a cultured fish comprises the following steps. A solution is prepared by mixing and stirring 3, 000g of curcuma longa linne powder, 3, 000g of a red grape concentration solution, 5, 000, 000IU of vitamin A, 500, 000IU of vitamin D3, 3, 000mg of vitamin E, 10, 000mg of vitamin C, 100mg of selenium, 1, 000g of molasses, 1, 000cc of EM(effective microorganisms) and 100liter of water in a stirrer(a). The stirred solution is fermented in a fermenter at a temperature of 55-65°C for 24 hours(b). The fermented solution is re-fermented at 35-40°C for 72 hours(c).© KIPO 2009 |
