PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a phosphor material excitable by exciting light having a longer wave length than those of conventional ones and excellent in light-emitting intensity and light-emitting efficiency, a light-emitting composition containing the same and the light-emitting element by using the same composition.
SOLUTION : This phosphor material consisting of the rare earth metal and a phosphine oxide ligand having at least one siloxane bond in its structure and the light-emitting composition containing the same are provided. The phosphor can be produced by reacting a compound having the siloxane bond with a rare earth metal complex coordinated with the phosphine oxide.
