PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic which can realize a high permittivity, a low dielectric loss, or a nearly zero permittivity temperature coefficient.SOLUTION : The dielectric ceramic comprises a borosilicate glass containing SrO and BaO and a filler mixed in the borosilicate glass and composed of Ba6-3aR8+2aTi18O54 (wherein R is a rare earth element; and 0≤a≤1). When the dielectric ceramic contains a borosilicate glass of the above composition and a filler, the ceramic can attain a desired permittivity because of its ability to inhibit the formation of a celsian deposit which lowers a permittivity and to lower a porosity.COPYRIGHT : (C)2009, JPO&INPIT |
