PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ceramic powder and its sintered compact suitable for producing an air electrode when used for a solid oxide type fuel cell.
SOLUTION : The air electrode is formed with the ceramic powder or its sintered compact which is characterized by having a perovskite-type oxide, as a main ingredient, and having a compositional formula denoted as (L1-xAEx)1-y(FezM1-z)O3+δ (wherein, L is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of scandium (Sc), yttrium (Y) and a rare earth element; AE is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of calcium (Ca) and strontium (Sr); M is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of magnesium (Mg), scandium (Sc), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co) and nickel (Ni); 0
