An apparatus for preparing bamboo-charcoal and bamboo vinegars is provided to shorten the time for cooling a carbonizing oven and increase production of the bamboo-charcoal by installing coolant pipes at upper and lower spaces of the carbonizing oven and flowing air to a lower space of the carbonizing oven, using an air cooling unit. An apparatus for preparing bamboo-charcoal and bamboo vinegars comprises a carbonizing oven(10), a condenser(20), a suction blower(30), a re-combustor(40), and a heat retrieving device(50). The carbonizing oven has a housing(11) and burners(12a). The condenser cools the combustion gas and condensates the bamboo vinegars contained in the combustion gas. The suction blower absorbs and discharges the gas from the condenser. The re-combustor burns the gas discharged from the suction blower. The heat retrieving device exchanges heat between the combustion gas and water, retrieves the heat of the combustion gas, and discharges the cooled combustion gas. Upper and lower coolant pipes(14, 15) are installed at upper and lower spaces of the carbonizing oven. An air cooling unit(16) is installed in the lower space. |
