PURPOSE : A one part tin-free effulent-control hybrid antifouling paint is provided to ensure excellent storage property, processability, and anti-fouling property compared with a conventional hybrid antifouling paint.CONSTITUTION : A one part tin-free effulent-control hybrid antifouling paint comprises 100.0 parts by weight of paints containing 30~45 weight%% of copper dioxide(Cu2O) as an antifouling agent; 0.1~0.5 parts by weight of polyurethane-modified urea as a stabilizer; and 3~6 parts by weight of anti-fouling powder. The anti-fouling powder comprises monazite 26~36 weight%%, tourmaline 38~48 weight%% and rare earth 26~36 weight%% and has a particle size of 3~6 micron.© KIPO 2009 |
