PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetically anisotropic rare earth sintered magnet that involves no orientation disturbance causing coercive force deterioration and does not scatter fine powders to be used as materials.
SOLUTION : Fine powders available as materials for magnetically anisotropic rare earth sintered magnets are filled into a charge container up to a predetermined density in a scale/charger 41 and a densifier 42 the powders are oriented in a magnetic orientation facility 43 via a pulse magnetic field, and then the oriented powders are sintered in a sintering furnace 44 without pressing them.
