PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an apparatus for producing water drops from water vapor in the air with saving power as much as possible in a wide place on the earth.
SOLUTION : This apparatus is set with a container 10 which is formed with an opening part 10a communicating with atmosphere, an opening closing valve 11 which opens the opening part 10a when an outside temperature is lower than a prescribed temperature, and closes the opening part 10a when an outside temperature is higher than a prescribed temperature, a water absorbing member 12 which is held inside the container 10 and can absorb and discharge water according to humidity change, and a condensing part 14 which is set in soil or water in a condition of communicating with the inside of the container 10, and cools steam discharged from the water absorbing member 12 to a dew point or below. In the case of opening the opening part 10a with the opening closing valve 11, the water absorbing member 12 absorbs steam in the atmosphere, and in the case of closing the opening part 10a with the opening closing valve 11, the water absorbing member 12 discharges steam, and the condensing part 14 condenses steam discharged from the water absorbing member 12 to produce water drops.
