简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a cold accumulation material for the extremely low temperature and a manufacturing method of a heat shield material, easy to process to a shape reducing a pressure loss, while exhibiting sufficient refrigerating capacity by reducing the pressure loss in a refrigerant (a working medium). SOLUTION : This manufacturing method of the cold accumulation material 1 for the extremely low temperature comprises a process of preparing a magnetic granular body 4 having a particle size of 5 mm or less (here, without including 0) by crushing a magnetic alloy of a general formula : RMz (in the formula, R indicates at least one kind of rare earth element selected from a predetermined kind, M indicates at least one kind of metallic element selected from a predetermined kind, and z falls within a range of 0.001-9.0 in the atomic ratio), a process of preparing a porous carrier 2 composed of mesh-like metal or foaming metal and having porosity of 90-98 vol%, and a process of filling the magnetic granular body in a porous part 3 of the porous carrier together with a binder, and is characterized by setting a rate of filling the magnetic granular body in the porous carrier to 20 to 90%.
