PURPOSE : A method of manufacturing solid fuel such as briquette using a recycling waste vinyl composition is provided to extend combustion time of the solid fuel by manufacturing the solid fuel having an air content of about 4%% using quicklime and earth.CONSTITUTION : A method of manufacturing solid fuel using a waste vinyl composition comprises : a first process of preparing 1, 000 g of a waste vinyl composition by pulverizing a waste vinyl composition together with sawdust using a pulverizer; a second process of injecting 1, 000 g of the waste vinyl composition into a stainless steel tank and mixing the waste vinyl composition with 100 g of quicklime, thereby digestion-reacting quicklime with water contained in the waste vinyl composition to evaporate water; a third process of preparing 300 g of a clay or loess composition by pulverization; a fourth process of mixing 200 g of the clay powder with 1, 000 g of the waste vinyl composition mixed in the stainless steel tank to prepare 1, 000 g of a waste vinyl composition; and a fifth process of extruding the waste vinyl composition in an extruder using a brown coal-shaped mold to mold the waste vinyl composition into the form of brown coal.© KIPO 2009 |
