PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To recover asbestos having a strong suspicion of becoming a cause of malignant mesothelioma which is a rare tumor, in addition to lung fibrosis and lung cancer, and used for various uses such as construction materials, electric products, automobiles, home utensils, etc., and regenerate the same inexpensively and pollution free products by utilizing it as a raw material.
SOLUTION : This fish reef is produced by peeling off the asbestos from basic materials by ejecting a high pressure water from a super high pressure water-ejecting machine, crushing the peeled off asbestos by a crusher in a hopper, mixing a concrete member with the crushed and recovered asbestos to form a core part, then cover-molding the surroundings of the core part with a composition having a less asbestos-blending ratio to make them as one unit, maturing by standing still and then removing a mold to make the fish reef.
