简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To restrain changes in magnetic characteristics which is caused by fluctuation of oxygen partial pressure in a baking atmosphere, when a ferrite magnet having high residual magnetic flux density and high coercive force is manufactured. SOLUTION : This manufacturing method of a ferrite magnet is provided with a baking process, which obtains a sintered magnet by baking a molded object of a material powder. In a baking process, the oxygen partial pressure in an atmosphere is lower than that of the air. The sintered magnet contains Fe, an element A (A is at least one kind selected from among Sr, Ba, Ca and Pb), an element R (R is at least one kind selected from among rare earth elements (including Y) and Bi), element M (M is at least one kind selected from among Co, Mn, Ni and Zn), and element MB (MB is at least one kind selected from among B, Ti, V, Ge, Zr, Nb, Mo, Sn, Ta and W), and has a hexagonal system ferrite as the main phase.
