PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a compound magnetic thin film, which can efficiently manufacture the compound magnetic thin film having a superior magnetic characteristic. SOLUTION : The manufacturing method comprises a first process for preparing a plating bath 5 consisting of solution of water, which comprises metal salt or rare earth salt and at least complexing agent, a second process for dispersing soft magnetic metallic particles in the plating bath 5 and a third process for immersing a base 6 in the plating bath 5 where the soft magnetic metallic particles are dispersed and plating a surface of the base 6. The surface of the base 6 is plated by an oxide thin film consisting of a metal or rare earth while the soft magnetic metallic particles are dispersed. COPYRIGHT : (C)2009, JPO&INPIT |
