PURPOSE : Rare earth oxide-containing spraying substrate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which is used for the kinds of materials which need reactivity, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, plasma-resistance, drug resistance etc.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method for the rare earth oxide-containing spraying substrate is as follows. A carbon ring CIP substrate is prepared. The substrate surface is made rough using blast before spraying plasma on the surface. The plasma spray of the argon/hydrogen is performed by using the raw material for the YAG spraying. From the substrate where the thickness of the YAG sprayed coating is 1.3 mm, exfoliation of the sprayed coating is naturally generated, and the YAG thin ceramic plate circular-ring plate is obtained.?
