PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To easily and correctly discriminate the contour of a soft tissue and the measurement point of a hard tissue, etc.
SOLUTION : A radiographic device includes : a radiation irradiating means 30 for irradiating a subject O with radiation; a radiation detecting means 31 for detecting the radiation transmitting the subject O; a re-constitution processing means 55 for performing re-constitution processing of projection data of a projection image which is obtained by the radiation detecting means 31, and generating the image data of a tomographic image with respect to the subject; a storage means 51 for storing threshold values for discriminating the selected hard tissue and soft tissue and a reference value for discriminating air; a comparing means 54 for comparing the image data with the threshold values and the reference value; and a post-working processing means 56 for replacing the image data determined as the soft tissue with the reference value, while leaving the image data determined as the hard tissue as it is, and replacing the image data determined as the air with a prescribed value.
