PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a high quality ultraviolet image conversion panel and a method for manufacturing the same which prevent deterioration of the ultraviolet image conversion panel resulting from moisture.
SOLUTION : In the ultraviolet image conversion panel and a method for manufacturing the same, an ultraviolet image conversion layer which makes alkali ion in a I-A group of a periodic table, or alkali earth ion in a II-A group of the periodic table, and alkali halide or alkali earth halide in which halogen ion is selected from chlorine ion, bromine ion and iodine ion in a VII-A group of the periodic cable principal component, a moisture prevention protection layer which makes alkali fluoride or alkali earth fluoride selected from alkali ion in the I-A group of the periodic table or alkali earth ion of the II-A group of the periodic table and in which halogen ion is comprised of fluorine ion in the VII-A of the periodic table principal component are joined and sealed via an intermediate layer comprised of eutectic composition or mixed crystal composition between element ion constituting the ultraviolet image conversion layer and element ion constituting the moisture prevention protection layer.
