The present invention relates to a wet scrubber for a ship and an exhaust gas quenching system having the same that are capable of effectively quenching exhaust gas absorbed before sulfur compounds are absorbed to an interior of a housing, thereby enhancing an absorption efficiency of the sulfur compounds. According to the present invention, the wet scrubber for a ship includes : a housing having an inlet formed on top thereof to absorb exhaust gas and an outlet formed on the bottom thereof to discharge the exhaust gas from which pollutants are absorbed; a cleaning water introduction prevention part disposed on top of the outlet to prevent cleaning water from being introduced in the inlet; an upward nozzle assembly disposed under the cleaning water introduction prevention part to inject the cleaning water in the same direction as the flow of exhaust gas; vanes disposed on the undersides of the cleaning water introduction prevention part to produce a rotating force of the exhaust gas; filler parts disposed above the cleaning water introduction prevention part and having fillers adapted to absorb sulfur compounds contained in the exhaust gas; downward nozzle assemblies disposed in spaces above the filler parts to inject the cleaning water in the opposite direction to the flow of exhaust gas; and a drain hole formed on one side of the lower end periphery of the housing to discharge the cleaning water collected in the bottom surface of the housing.(AA) Exhaust gas moving direction(BB) Cleaning water moving directionCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2019 |
