PURPOSE : In the process of manufacturing the hearth roll with the centrifugal casting, a rare earth metal powder is sprayed on the outer circumference and inner circumference and fused in a high temperature state. Therefore the hearth roll having the excellent product quality, durability and heat resistance in the high temperature can be manufactured.CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing a hearth roll using a centrifugal casting method comprises as follows, a step for preheating rotational mold(1); a step for forming a flow coating layer(10) by spraying a flow coater in an inner boundary surface of the rotational mold is rotated; a step for forming a first rare earth metal coating layer(20) by spraying a rare earth metal powder in an inner boundary surface of the flow coating layer; and a step for casting a cast pipe by injection molten metal in an inner boundary surface of the first rare earth metal coating layer.© KIPO 2009 |
