PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To achieve a vegetation sheet without moving the seeds planted uniformly, preventing the loss by flowing away caused by irrigation or rain water, germinating without unevenness, aiming at the acceleration of the growth so as to cover earth surface in early period and also considering the protection of natural environment by solving problem such that in strengthening the slope surface of a river bank or forest, and in park-greening for beautifying a scenery, vegetation by forming lawn is widely performed and a construction by using vegetation sheets for preventing the loss by flowing of seeds is adopted, however, a long period of time is required for the growth so as to cover all of the earth surface uniformly since the germination of the seeds becomes uneven by the movement of the seeds within the sheet to gather at one end. SOLUTION : This vegetation sheet is provided by equally sprinkling the seeds, etc., on a substrate material, covering with a covering material and pasting 2 layers of the sheets by dot-formed bonds for fixing the seeds. The dot-formed bonds form non-bonded parts simultaneously, secure water permeability, and also form gaps for growing roots and buds to form the vegetation sheet having a growing environment without inhibiting the growth. Also, the vegetation sheet is formed as considering a natural environment by using the substrate material of a biodegradable nonwoven fabric and the covering material of water-soluble paper.
