PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To effectively suppress the transformation of a sintered object by uniformizing a heating temperature in a sintering container while suppressing a decrease in the rise of temperature in the sintering container.
SOLUTION : There is provided a rare earth sintered magnet sintering method for performing sintering in a state in which a plurality of formed objects G composed of the alloy powder of a predetermined composition are arranged in a sintering container 10. The sintering container 10 comprises an external container 11 and an internal container 12, which is arranged in the external container 11 and in which the formed objects G are housed. The thermal conductivity of the exterior container 11 is smaller than that of the internal container 12. The external container 11 is constituted of a carbon fiber reinforced carbon composite material. The interior container 12 is desirably composed of high-melting-point metal (W, Mo).
